Job summary

High Point University in the United States seeks an Admissions Outreach Assistant to support event coordination and mailings for incoming students. Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, you will help plan at least fifteen events annually and assemble thousands of customized acceptance letters and gifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate detail-oriented qualities.
• Gather, construct and execute admissions event materials for multiple events.
• Communicate between Administrative Assistant, Director of Enrollment Guest Experience, Admissions Event Coordinators, Admissions Counselors, and all other admissions personnel.
• Package hundreds of mailings to incoming and prospective students.
• Abide by the confidentiality policy as set by the University and the department.
• Represent the University in a professional manner and engage with visitors and external representatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
