Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and admit applicants to the Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center to create a warm, inviting atmosphere and educate legal representatives about the admission process.
• Coordinate with Director of Transitional Services and Admissions Office to ensure smooth transition of residents into the facility.
• Maintain ongoing communication with families to answer questions regarding facility services and admission requirements.
• Assist with tours of the facility and obtain necessary signatures and physician certifications for admission as needed.
• Provide marketing and public relations support for the facility and follow up with families regarding concerns or grievances.
