Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years independent/private school or college admissions experience or comparable event planning/advancement/marketing/communications experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace; experience with planning and project management platforms such as Trello.

Responsibilities

• Staff and maintain the front office and lobby of the Office of Admissions.
• Serve as lead on answering phone calls and directing guests.
• Process applicants, records, admissions decisions, new students, contracts and withdrawals; prepare materials for lower school evaluations.
• Liaison to the business office for enrollment-related tasks.
• Coordinate tours and events for the Office of Admissions.
• Coordinate admissions promotional materials and internal graphics projects with Communications.
• Assist the director of admissions with special projects (feeder schools, PD, Future Eagles Club).
• Support the strategic vision of the Office of Admissions and participate in events.
