Brigham Young University (BYU) invites applications for an Admissions Outreach Administrator. This role oversees a regional territory, engages high school counselors and families, and coordinates outreach with alumni and campus partners.

You will represent BYU at events, explain admission criteria, and drive recruitment strategies. The position reports to the Associate Director of Outreach in the Office of Admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1 year in higher education recruitment or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ability to legally drive and travel within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate outreach recruitment events and travel nationwide (approx. 10 weeks/yr).
• Explain admission criteria to counselors, prospective students and parents.
• Engage with prospective students and families; align outreach with objectives and vision.
