Martin Eduverse seeks an experienced Admissions Counselor Supervisor to oversee counseling workflows and ensure target compliance. You will guide counselors on complex profiles, monitor call volumes and quality, and assist in pipeline tracking and admissions closing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in admissions counseling or related fields.
• Experience supervising team members or pods.
• Knowledge of Indian online degree programs (BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA).
• Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Proficient with CRMs and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Guide counselors on handling complex candidate profiles and university fee structures.
• Monitor daily call volumes, response times, and counseling quality scores.
• Assist Senior Manager in target distribution, pipeline tracking, and admission closing.
• Address student escalations regarding document verification and eligibility.
• Conduct regular product refresher sessions on university courses and fee breakdown.
