Job summary

Weber State University is seeking an Admissions Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Operations & Processing area and ensure accurate and timely handling of undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and dual-enrollment applications.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations & Processing, you will lead the processing team, coordinate core workflows, advise on residency and data integrity, and partner with campus colleagues to maintain efficient,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• One year of relevant experience in admissions, enrollment services, or another higher education operational area.
• Experience working with Student Information Systems (preferably Banner).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Admissions Operations & Processing area.
• Lead the processing team and coordinate core workflows.
• Advise on residency classifications and data integrity functions.
• Support alignment of Banner, CRM Recruit, Element 451 and related systems.
