Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• More than two years of related experience required.
• Master's degree in a course of study related to the occupational field preferred.
• Experience with admissions processing and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions communications, marketing, and social media; maintain recruitment materials.
• Review materials for accuracy, timeliness, and student-centered messaging.
• Analyze engagement, metrics, and enrollment data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide CRM and marketing support for events, and enrollment campaigns.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Services and campus partners on communications and initiatives.
• Oversee admissions processing, ensure timely and accurate handling of applications and documents.
• Ensure compliance with Dalton State College and USG policies.
