Job summary

The College of Western Idaho is seeking an Admissions Representative to support prospective, new, and current students at the One Stop locations in Boise, ID. You will provide admissions information, assist with the application process, and guide students through next steps with a welcoming approach.

In this full-time role, you’ll coordinate campus tours, review admissions documents, and collaborate with the student services team to connect applicants with programs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in student services or admissions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Preferred Spanish/English bilingual ability.
• Experience in a community college setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions and general information in person, by phone, and by email.
• Follow up with prospective students during the admissions process.
• Facilitate campus tours for individuals and small groups.
• Coach and mentor work-study students for tours and outreach.
• Process admissions documents and data entry.
• Stay updated on policies and articulation agreements.
• May travel between campus locations for events.
