Job summary

Milan Institute-Nampa is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the admissions process, share information about programs, and help applicants make informed education decisions. You will conduct interviews, campus tours, and follow up with inquiries, coordinate with financial aid and advising, and promote our programs at fairs and events to drive enrollment.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years' successful sales experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team toward goals.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, enrollment systems, and CRM software is a plus.
• Passion for education and the ability to articulate program value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families with excellent service.
• Conduct telephone and MS Teams interviews to assess eligibility and fit.
• Lead in-person campus tours, highlighting facilities and selling points.
• Evaluate applications, transcripts, and documents to determine admission eligibility.
• Provide information on program requirements, tuition, financial aid, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with financial aid and academic advising to streamline admissions.
• Follow up with inquiries to address questions and encourage enrollment.
• Represent the college at fairs, events, and high school visits to recruit students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and policies to address inquiries effectively.
