Responsibilities include evaluating applications, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to applicants and staff. A Master's degree or a Bachelor's with relevant experience is required. Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct criteria-based and holistic reviews of applications.
• Maintain knowledge of majors, degrees, program levels, and admissions requirements.
• Evaluate immigration documents and apply Florida Residency for Tuition Purposes regulations.
• Provide guidance to staff on escalated admissions inquiries.

Skills

Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing, and analyzing data

Ability to establish work priorities

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with customer service and public relations

Education
