Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; two or more years in college recruitment/admissions or related guidance.
• Experience with travel, events, and high school outreach is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families and counselors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute recruitment strategies across the assigned geographic area.
• Conduct student interviews and counsel families through the application/enrollment process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: open houses, fairs, campus tours and events.
• Maintain records of visits and contacts; pursue enrollment objectives.
• Travel as needed and work evenings/weekends as required.
