Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Two years of relevant experience that demonstrates skills in higher education admission counseling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment efforts for undergraduates.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues through regular meetings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with transfer professionals in NJ community colleges.
• Maintain visibility of the University to grow applicant pool in the region.
• Review applications in Salesforce and apply acceptance/rejection parameters with professional judgment.
