Job summary

Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab in Racine, WI is seeking an Admissions Nurse to support patient flow and coordinate care. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, and collaborate with a team to promote safe, high-quality nursing care.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin RN license, has 1–2 years of management experience, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
