Job summary

Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab in Wisconsin is seeking an Admissions Nurse to coordinate admissions, educate families on care plans, and promote smooth transitions back to independence where possible.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an active Wisconsin RN license; join a team that values safety, quality nursing care, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
