Job summary

University of California, Berkeley is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide applicants from inquiry through registration. You will review applications and advise on admission decisions while responding to inquiries about programs, financial aid, housing, and entry requirements.

You will manage a caseload of prospective students and agents, coordinate communications, and help refine outreach strategies. This is a full-time role with UC benefits and a strong emphasis on student services.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and advise on admission decisions using guidelines.
• Answer inquiries with information on admissions requirements, programs, and housing.
• Maintain active prospective student caseload and track activity in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors on outreach strategy and maintain web pages.
• Assist with recruitment travel and data entry into systems.
