Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for our Brentwood, TN office. The role handles inquiries via calls, texts, and emails from prospective patients nationwide, guiding them toward appropriate treatment options.

You will document interactions in the CRM, provide timely reports, and support admissions with clear, empathetic communication. This role requires familiarity with psychiatric/addiction treatment and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year related experience required; 1–3 years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to interpret cues.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and addiction treatment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, chats, and texts from prospective patients.
• Record all interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Provide reports and back up for calls, emails, chats, and texts as required.
• Explain admissions process and follow up with patients as needed.
• Identify outpatient leads and refer to the appropriate team.
