Saber Healthcare Group in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an admissions/marketing-focused professional to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.

You will drive referrals from hospitals, physicians, and local facilities, coordinate tours and pre-certifications, and lead outreach events to support Census and profitability goals while delivering outstanding customer service to clients and families.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to cultivate professional relationships in the local health care markets
• Experience generating referrals from hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers
