Wolcott Hall Nursing Center, part of Apple Rehab Inc., in Torrington, CT, seeks an Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to manage referrals, admissions, and community outreach. You will coordinate bed availability, verify payer coverage, and support hospital partnerships and local events.

The role requires knowledge of long-term care admissions, strong organization, and vehicle ownership. A customer-focused approach and ability to drive outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of admissions and discharge procedures with current laws and resident rights.
• Previous long-term care and marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all admissions to the facility in accordance with budgeted census projections and maintain bed availability.
• Support external community marketing events and hospital referrals; arrange tours for prospective residents.
• Verify payers, benefits, and required authorizations; communicate admission details to residents and families.
