You will serve as the primary contact for hospitals and referrals, manage admissions documentation, and collaborate with the marketing team to raise awareness in the region.

Responsibilities

• Admissions Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, community referral sources, prospective residents, and families, providing clear, professional guidance.
• Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness and build the facility's reputation.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and ensure admissions-related documentation is compliant and efficiently processed.
