Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer inquiries in person or by telephone and convert them into admissions.
• Lead facility tours for potential residents and community members.
• Plan and staff marketing events such as open houses and community activities.
• Maintain contact with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Coordinate all resident admissions and assist in obtaining medical information.
• Help families understand facility policies and procedures.
