Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in college admissions, recruitment, or enrollment management.
• Experience managing an assigned recruitment territory or portfolio.
• CRM experience; Slate preferred.
• Valid NC driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to achieve inquiry, application, admission, deposit, and enrollment goals.
• Plan and travel for recruitment events; evaluate effectiveness of travel, school visits, fairs, and related activities.
• Build strong relationships with high school counselors, educational partners, alumnae, and other contacts.
• Provide individualized outreach and counsel students and families throughout the enrollment process.
• Counsel on admissions, financial aid, academics, campus life, housing, and outcomes influencing the college decision.
• Conduct information sessions, interviews, and other recruitment activities on/off campus with exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute targeted yield strategies for admitted students within assigned territories.
• Monitor engagement, deposits, and enrollment progress; intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with Financial Assistance and other campus offices for specialized student support.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation.
