Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join our Intake team. We offer Monday–Friday 8:00a–4:30p or 8:30a–5:00p schedules.

The Admissions Coordinator provides telephone and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention, handling initial contacts with referral sources and potential patients. You will coordinate referrals and intake and work with insurers and outpatient providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years’ experience with child/adolescent mental health preferred.
• Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Serve as initial contact with referral sources and potential patients.
• Coordinate referral and intake process and determine level of care.
• Collaborate with community resources, insurance companies, and outpatient providers.
