Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of admissions experience in health care or human services setting.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake procedures for referrals and admissions.
• Update the CRM system promptly and generate reports.
• Liaise with referring parties and follow up on required documents.
• Organize intake-related meetings and attend outreach events to promote services.
