Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in guest service, admissions, hospitality, retail, tourism, or similar, with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, schedule, and develop frontline teams.
• Strong guest service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS and ticketing systems; ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily admissions, ticketing and scanning, attraction operations, guest rentals, and group entry.
• Supervise Admissions Supervisors and frontline staff; coach and develop them.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling based on attendance and events.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Admissions staff.
• Monitor attendance, sales, and guest flow to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
• Maintain procedures for admissions, ticketing, rentals, payroll, and admin needs.
• Address complex guest concerns and service recovery.
• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate groups, promotions, and events.
• Maintain readiness and provide leadership during high-volume periods and events.
