Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners.
• Respond promptly to referrals and evaluate admission eligibility.
• Coordinate admissions with nursing, clinical, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
• Monitor census goals and implement strategies to increase occupancy.
• Track referral activity and provide regular admissions and marketing reports.
• Represent the facility at community networking events and healthcare meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility admission requirements.
