Job summary

Middlebury Snowbowl is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support the Enrollment team and provide front-desk coverage as needed. The role serves as a primary contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries, greeting guests, and delivering prompt, professional assistance to students, staff, and faculty.

You will assist with enrollment data entry, database updates, recruitment events and webinars, team travel, and recruitment materials.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with relational databases (Salesforce, Slate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to MIIS Enrollment Office email and voicemail.
• Provide front desk coverage, welcoming guests and answering inquiries.
• Maintain office supplies and recruitment materials.
• Update applicant records and enrollment database with accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with staff, faculty, prospective students and Enrollment team.
• Support travel arrangements for the Enrollment team.
• Support Enrollment events and webinars.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Enrollment team staff.
