Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers and online purchasing platforms.
• Ability to explain Ski Area policies and pricing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to Snowbowl guests.
• Sell and process lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and retail items.
• Assist guests with the online store, pass pickups, and account questions.
• Process transactions accurately per procedures and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, hours, and policies.
