Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an Admissions & Family Relations Director to ensure residents and their families have a high-quality experience from move-in to move-out. This full-time, day-shift role combines relational care with administrative tasks to create a welcoming, smooth transition for new residents.

You will oversee move-in paperwork, orientation, respond to referrals, participate in care conferences with families, and uphold HIPAA and Edgewood policies while promoting a compassionate,
