Job summary

Edgewood Walker, a 49-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community, seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations and lead management and frontline staff. This role ensures residents and families receive outstanding service while driving business performance.

HIPAA compliance and policy adherence are essential. A licensed MN LALD or timely eligibility is required, along with a related degree and strong operations experience.

Qualifications

• MN Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Associate's degree in related field.
• Experience with business operations.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience.
• Demonstrated passion and drive to help others.
• Desire to continue learning and improving skills.
