Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare's Dining Services Director in Brookings leads a team to provide residents with warm, inviting meals and a safe dining environment.

You will hire and train staff, oversee meal preparation per approved menus, manage budgeting and inventory, ensure cleanliness, and uphold privacy and policy standards for Edgewood Brookings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active ServSafe Certification & CDM preferred (training provided).
• Desire to continue learning and improve skillset.

As a Dining Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll lead a team responsible for providing our residents with a warm, inviting dining experience that’s guaranteed to serve up smiles.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise dining staff
• Oversee the preparation of meals for our residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room
• Assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
