Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a results-driven admissions/sales professional in Englewood Cliffs, NJ to grow client enrollment for our pediatric ABA services. You will handle a high-volume outreach pipeline, educate families about ABA offerings, and convert inquiries into started services.

The role offers a base salary with commission, a hybrid schedule, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative clinical and operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or admissions background.
• Enjoy high-volume phone outreach (50–100 calls per day).
• Personality-first communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Worked in commission-based or performance-driven roles.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding difficult conversations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline
