West Liberty University in West Virginia is seeking an energetic Admissions Events Coordinator to oversee campus visit experiences, tours, and recruitment events, guiding prospective students and families through personalized experiences on campus.

You will lead the Student Ambassador Program, plan and participate in both on- and off-campus recruitment events, and serve as the primary contact for visitors throughout their campus journey, ensuring welcoming, informative experiences that showcase

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience, including student leadership, admissions, recruitment, customer service, marketing, event planning, student affairs, or related experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment and special events.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate personalized campus visits, tours, and special event experiences for prospective students, families, and groups.
• Lead, train, and supervise the WLU Student Ambassador Program.
• Plan, organize, and participate in admissions recruitment events both on and off campus.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors throughout their campus experience.
• Conduct post-visit conversations with students and families, providing guidance and connecting them with appropriate campus resources.
• Utilize CRM technology to manage visitor communications, track participation, and support recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and departments across campus to create welcoming and impactful visit experiences.
• Contribute to the University's enrollment goals by creating exceptional first impressions for future students.
