Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and customer service principles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries in complex cases.
• Experience operating a computer and navigating an electronic medical records system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries accurately and route to appropriate program.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Use call center tools to answer inquiries about services.
• Screen patients and assess eligibility for admission.
• Schedule assessments and intake within 24 hours.
• Verify insurance and collect payment information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Participate in trainings and uphold CODA's mission.
