Alliance Health at Braintree is seeking an Admissions Director to lead admissions, marketing, and community relations efforts. Qualifications

• Ability to access and coordinate admissions from multiple referral sources.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, nursing, or social work focus preferred but not required).
• Current Massachusetts RN, LPN, LSW, LCSW, or LICSW license strongly preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or sub-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, physicians, staff, and external partners.
• Ability to meet the physical and ergonomic demands of the role, with regular and consistent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a referral log and track all incoming referrals.
• Coordinate with families, referral sources and the Central Admissions team to support timely and appropriate admissions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations and marketing initiatives.
• Support the Executive Director in executing the facility marketing plan.
• Promote and help coordinate media coverage and outreach programs in accordance with facility policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Monitor and report advertising and promotional expenses as requested by the Executive Director.
• Support administrative tasks related to admissions and census development efforts.
