Job summary

Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Paoli, PA is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to manage the admissions process, track inquiries and discharges, and maintain census reporting. You will coordinate the inquiry pipeline and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.

The role requires healthcare admissions experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting working in Admissions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
• Daily census reports and reporting.
• Facilitate the admission process, including completing required paperwork.
• Notification and reporting of admission updates.
• Maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records.
• Remain in contact with new residents, perform 3-month post-move-in visit, and survey for satisfaction.
• Represent the facility at community events, open houses, and public relation events.
• Work with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers to facilitate referrals and admissions.
