You will lead the admissions team, host tours, and represent the facility in marketing and outreach efforts, while coordinating with care staff to support seamless resident transitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator in post-acute or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of local hospital systems and referral networks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full admissions process—from referral to intake to approval—ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to drive consistent referrals.
• Serve as the admissions expert, maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Champion the facility’s brand through marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Navigate Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes with confidence.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth and successful resident transitions.
• Host tours, presentations, and family meetings to showcase our facility and services.
