Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare in Seattle seeks a Director of Business Development who can build partnerships with hospitals, case managers, social workers and referral partners to drive admissions and growth.

You’ll be the face of the facility in the community, developing new relationships, staying connected with existing partners, identifying opportunities, and attending healthcare events with Admissions and facility leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Healthcare business development, admissions, sales, or referral development experience is required.
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, senior living, or hospital experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the facility in the community—building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other referral partners.
• Develop new relationships, stay connected with existing partners, identify opportunities for growth, attend community and healthcare events, and work closely with Admissions and facility leadership teams.
• Understand that the best relationships aren’t built with one visit or one phone call—they’re built by showing up, following through, and earning trust.
