The role involves coordinating inquiries and admissions workflows, maintaining census records, and ensuring accurate reporting, while representing the facility at events and collaborating with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers.

Responsibilities

• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
• Daily census reports and reporting
• Coordinate the inquiry process
• Facilitate the admission process, including completing required paperwork
• Notification and reporting of admission updates
• Maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
• Remain in contact with new residents, perform 3-month post-move-in visits, and survey residents for satisfaction
• Represent the facility at community events, open houses, and special and public relation events
• Work with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers with referrals and admissions

The Admissions Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients from referral to admission, while also fostering strong relationships with referring healthcare providers and the community.
