Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Spencer County, KY is seeking a marketing and sales professional to drive growth for our skilled nursing facility. The role involves coordinating strategic marketing plans, conducting external sales calls, and leading admissions processes to meet census and quality mix goals.

You will engage with discharge planners, families, and referral sources, including through e-referral systems, tours, and calls, to grow referrals and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
