Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a marketing and sales professional to coordinate strategic plans for our Colonial Rehab & Wellness Center in Bardstown, KY. You will drive admissions through external outreach, hospital referrals, and community partnerships, while collaborating with the facility team to achieve census and quality goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field and a minimum of two years in sales/marketing, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility.
• Complete external sales calls on target market.
• Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources to include e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.

What you Need to make a Difference
