Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton seeks an Enrollment Processing Coordinator to analyze data and input transcripts and test scores into the SIS. You will coordinate with students, faculty and external partners, ensuring data accuracy for internal operations and reporting.

The role involves processing domestic and international transcripts, assisting with recruitment activities, and contributing to system testing and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field or a master's degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to craft professional email communication to follow up with applicants and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and input transcripts and standardized test data into the SIS.
• Review and input SAT/ACT/AP/AICE/IB data and ensure data accuracy.
• Match documents to student files and export records to the document management system.
• Draft professional emails and assist with inquiries from applicants and departments.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
