Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate enrollment software like Slate or Ellucian Colleague.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Provide high level customer service, confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Technolutions Slate CRM and data processing.
• Process information requests from prospective students and partners.
• Evaluate admissions documents per university policies.
• Generate operational reports, mailing lists, dashboards, and enrollment metrics.
• Support data requests from admissions staff across campuses.
• Execute and monitor email, SMS, and print communications.
• Assist in administrative tasks for the Director of Admissions Data Processing & VP Enrollment Management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of student records; perform data validation and QA.
• Maintain FERPA compliance and confidentiality; adhere to university policies.
• Attend to regular attendance, punctuality, and other duties as assigned.
