Summary/Objective
- Assist in managing and maintaining Technolutions Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
- Process information requests from prospective students, university friends, guidance counselors, parents, and churches
- Accurately process and/or evaluate admissions documents like transcripts or test scores in accordance with university policies
- Assist with generating operational reports, mailing lists, dashboards, and enrollment metrics as requested
- Support data requests from admissions staff from all campuses and other university departments such as the registrar, student life, and financial aid
- Execute and monitor email, SMS, and print communication campaigns to prospective students
- Assist in administrative tasks for the Director of Admissions Data Processing & Vice President for Enrollment Management
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records through routine data validation, auditing, and quality assurance procedures
- Maintain compliance with FERPA and university policies regarding student records, data privacy, and confidentiality
- Demonstrate a Christian lifestyle consistent with the University's mission and values and adherence to Southwest Baptist University’s Principles and Expectations
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required
- A high school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate (or willingness to learn) technical enrollment software like Technolutions Slate or Ellucian Colleague
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, printers, and related technology.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong commitment to personal and professional integrity, growth, and development

Preferred
- Prior experience with Technolutions Slate or similar CRM
- 2 or more years of office management and/or customer relations
- Thorough understanding of a Christian, liberal arts mission and education
- Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with internal and external constituents of various levels and diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job
- Typical office environment. Must be available to work varied hours and attend activities away from the office.
Physical Abilities
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
