Job summary

Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Admissions Database Manager to oversee data related to admissions, enrollment, and financial aid. You will ensure data integrity, perform complex data manipulations, and deliver statistical reporting to inform enrollment decisions.

The role requires strong database skills, experience with education data systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant college degree or coursework in database management, admissions, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn new and navigate new systems. Experience with Veracross is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of database systems and proven ability to use and analyze data.
• Detail oriented with strong organization, analytical, planning and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple constituent groups verbally and in writing.
• Occasional evening and/or weekend work.
