Job summary

ACI Learning is seeking an Admission Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process for its Tech Academy programs. You will manage high volumes of inquiries, discuss program options and financing, and help applicants make informed education decisions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in admissions or sales, strong communication and closing skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic pipeline while upholding integrity aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• At least one year of admissions, sales, or a comparable consultative role.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a high volume of inbound web leads from initial interest up to Enrollment.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to enroll students.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding programs, tuition options, and admissions requirements.
• Conduct admissions interviews and consultations to assess goals, readiness, and program fit.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activity in the CRM.
