Job summary

ECPI University is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process at the Columbia campus. You will help students choose programs and explain offerings, conduct interviews and campus tours, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree preferred and 1-3 years of sales/marketing or related experience with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years experience including appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up, coordinating programs/events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to potential students through outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Meet with potential students to explain programs and advise suitable options.
• Represent the university on and off campus to prospective students and parents.
• Attend admissions meetings and training sessions.
