Department Overview

The Division of Enrollment Management, comprising over 100 staff across various offices, supports student enrollment and oversees operations for multiple campuses. Responsibilities
Department-Specific
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, developing targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with the Science and Technology Pathway, collaborating with faculty and staff to drive enrollment growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of admissions policies, financial aid options, and academic programs.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, including on-campus, virtual, and off-site events.
  • Coordinate campus visits and deliver presentations confidently.
  • Work with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to design recruitment initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM (Slate) for marketing, tracking, and reporting.
General
  • Develop and oversee holistic recruitment plans and programs.
  • Create strategic communication strategies tailored to prospective students.
  • Build partnerships for outreach and recruitment.
  • Interpret policies and exercise independent judgment.
  • Evaluate marketing strategies using data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to attract underrepresented populations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in admissions, higher education, marketing, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field
  • Experience with CRM systems like Slate, event coordination, customer service
Skills
  • Proficient communication, professionalism, time management, and accuracy
  • Excellent presentation and judgment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Knowledge of marketing, social media, data analysis, and enrollment forecasting
