NKC Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to oversee patient admission processes, collaborate with the clinical team, and support operational planning for efficient onboarding.

You will maintain strong relationships with Medical Staff, explain pre-admission policies, and help develop forecasts and reports using established data tools. A Bachelor's in a clinical field and 3+ years in healthcare are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical area preferred.
• Minimum three years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Clinical licensure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient admission functions in alignment with the hospital's mission and vision.
• Assist the Program Director with therapy operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaisons and the Program Secretary to support admission flow.
• Develop admission forecasts and patient day projections in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Prepare and analyze reports using established data tools and provide timely statistics.
• Work with department managers to evaluate and enhance services and programs.
• Maintain effective relationships with Medical Staff, interdisciplinary teams, and external agencies.
• Explain pre-admission and admission policies to families and referral sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
