The Hilltop at Blue River is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Missouri. This role focuses on census development and occupancy management within our nursing home setting and requires collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other department heads.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of long-term care regulations.

Formación

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of three years of census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing home.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as long-term care laws and guidelines.
• College education in business or related field preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and makes recommendations to adjust admission practices.
• Identifies opportunities with new referral partners/sources and develops sales strategies.
• Consults with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, or other department heads as indicated.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly census analysis reports.
• Promotes safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
