Graduate Post Acute is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for a full-time role in the Philadelphia area. The position focuses on providing a welcoming admissions experience and guiding residents and families through the transition into care.

Key duties include coordinating documentation, tours, and communications with healthcare providers, maintaining waiting lists, and supporting census goals with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in an Admissions, Business Development, or related role within long-term care or a healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in healthcare community relations strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Obtain resident/guardian signatures on admission documents.
• Conduct welcoming tours for prospective residents and families.
• Maintain an up-to-date resident listing and room assignments.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members for documentation.
• Maintain a waiting list according to policy.
• Support admissions and census goals through responsive communication.
• Perform other duties to support admissions, marketing and facility operations.
